This program was aimed at enrolling Indian students with poor SPM grades into various industrial courses offered by ILP and Kolej Komuniti under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources. The target participants were given an overview of the ILP programmes. The ILP instructors, TheMIND committee, volunteers, and current ILP students advised the applicants on the courses that would match their respective SPM grades. Online application for ILP programmes was carried out. Success stories from the previous underachiever's project were shared with participants. Beside ILPs, we also managed to register SPM leavers with good results into Polytechnic and Teachers Training College.

All the 32 applicants who applied under the program managed to get the offer letter either in ILP or Kolej Komuniti from Manpower Department. But only 24% accepted the offer and currently successfully continue their education. The rest turned down the offer due to various reasons such as no interest in the course offered; enrol into private college programs and preference to start work.
